Your care begins with a comprehensive pelvic health evaluation. During this visit, we will take time to discuss your health history, current symptoms, and goals. Because pelvic health is deeply connected to the way we move, breathe, manage stress, and engage in our daily activities, we will assess areas such as posture, breathing coordination, movement patterns, nervous system regulation, and of course the function of your core and pelvic floor musculature. Performing this visit in your home allows us to most effectively dive into the ways in which your daily environment and routines may also be impacting your pelvic floor dysfunction. Internal pelvic floor exams are never required or necessary but will always be an option when appropriate and with your full consent. This evaluation lasts 60-75 minutes and will provide the foundation for your personalized care plan.

Follow up visits allow us to build on the foundation established during your initial evaluation for continued support towards achieving your pelvic health goals. It may include guided movement, body literacy education, breathwork, techniques for nervous system regulation, lifestyle and environmental modifications, or hands-on techniques. These follow up visits provide space to ask questions, refine your home program, and ensure your care evolves in a way that feels sustainable and supportive. Pelvic health improvement often occurs gradually so these 60 minute sessions are the most effective way to adapt your plan as your body changes.
